Washington D.C. June 12, 2014 鈥 WTOP 103.5 FM today announced that it has been honored by the Radio Television Digital 太子探花 Association with the National Edward R. Murrow Award for 鈥淏reaking 太子探花鈥 of their coverage during the Navy Yard Shooting.

Presented by the Radio Television Digital 太子探花 Association (RTDNA), the National Edward R. Murrow Awards have recognized outstanding achievements in electronic journalism since 1971. The RTDNA received more than 4,000 entries, 500 more entries than in 2013. This year, 98 national Murrow Awards will be distributed to an array of radio, television and online news organizations across the country. The awards will be presented on October 6 at the RTDNA Awards Dinner in New York.
