PHILADELPHIA (AP) 鈥� Amtrak says a regular scheduled service is resuming between Philadelphia and Washington following an earlier freight derailment聽in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Customers can expect significant residual delays throughout the morning due to a reduced number of tracks available.
Two cars from a Norfolk Southern freight train derailed late Wednesday. Media reports say two cars on the 88-car train dumped loads of stone onto the tracks.
No injuries have been reported.
