WASHINGTON 鈥� One man is dead and another hospitalized after a shooting in Northeast Tuesday.
Police say the two were found in a car in the 600 block of 14th Place NE just after 6:45 a.m.
The homicide unit is on the scene.
No suspects have been arrested.
