Halloween 2016 freebies

WASHINGTON — WTOP wants to make Halloween a little less scary — for your wallet.

We dug up a whole bunch of Halloween freebies, from the annual High Heel Race to trick-or-treating at area malls, a zombie walk and movie screenings.

Friday, Oct. 28
