WASHINGTON 鈥� James Madison took the field against North Dakota State riding a 26-game win streak.
That ended with the final whistle of the Football Championship Subdivision championship game, as the Dukes lost 17-13.
The loss was the first loss to an FCS opponent in head coach Mike Houston’s two seasons with the school.
James Madison’s 25-game winning streak was the second longest in FCS history and was the longest active streak in NCAA football.
