Virginia Rep. Frank Wolf, R-10th District, released the report on Thursday, which he says was compiled by an advisory committee to the foundation.
Wolf requested the report after the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.
Wolf says he wants more background checks for gun purchases and better warning labels on violent games.
