WASHINGTON – A driver has died in a crash on Interstate 95.
Prince William police say the fatality was the result of a crash at about 10:45 a.m. at Russell Road and the I-95 interchange near Quantico, Va.
A tractor trailer ran off the roadway and overturned. The driver died at the scene.
Drivers can expect delays in the area as the investigation continues.
