WASHINGTON — A car ran over a fourth-grader’s foot at Beverly Farms Elementary School in Montgomery County Monday morning.
School officials say the boy was at Beverly Farms Elementary School, where he was supposed to take a bus to Cold Spring Elementary School.
The child was trying to make his bus when he ran across the parking lot around 8:30 a.m., and a car ran over his foot, says Dana Tofig, spokesman for Montgomery County Public Schools.
The boy was taken to the hospital, and his parents were notified.
