WASHINGTON 鈥斅燰ice President Joe Biden was at the swearing-in ceremony for Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter on Tuesday, but it was his interaction with Carter鈥檚 wife that is lighting up the Internet.
During the ceremony, Biden whispered into the ear of Carter鈥檚 wife, Stephanie and rubbed her shoulders.

Also, at the swearing-in ceremony for Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., Biden got a little too close for comfort for some with Coons鈥� 13-year-old daughter, Maggie.
Coons spoke out following the encounter and said that his daughter was not crept out, The Washington Post reports.
