WASHINGTON 鈥斅燭uesday’s frigid cold makes it a tough day to lose power, but that’s what happened to about 80 customers in the Upper Marlboro, Maryland, area.
PEPCO reported at about 7 a.m. that more than 80 customers were聽without electricity in that聽area because of a downed wire. Power was聽restored聽to almost all of them by 9.
Meantime, Prince George’s County School employees who work at the聽 Sasscer Administration Building are affected by the outage, and should report to work at 9 a.m.
