WASHINGTON 鈥斅燨n New Year’s Day, Metro will run on a regular Sunday schedule, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
On New Year鈥檚 Eve, Metro operated from 8 a.m. until 2 a.m., with no track work scheduled to disrupt New Year鈥檚 Eve revelers. Metrobus followed a Sunday schedule on Sunday, Dec. 31.
Red Line trains single-tracked on Dec. 31 until 6 p.m. between Medical Center and Grosvenor.
