WASHINGTON — The Montgomery County police have a man in custody after he barricaded himself in a home in Silver Spring for about three hours Wednesday night.
The incident occurred near Layhill Road and Bel Pre Road. Police were called at about 6:15 p.m. and arrested the man at about 9:25.
The man’s name has not yet been released.
